Personal Injury

PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF VICTIMS

Personal injury claims come in many forms, including automobile accidents, physical assaults caused by inadequate security, and slip and fall accidents. In our practice, we represent only victims of personal injury. We do not represent insurance companies, corporations or product manufacturers.

Generally, the law requires all persons to exercise a certain amount of care while engaged in any activity. A failure by someone (a product manufacturer, a doctor, the driver of another car, etc.) to exercise that standard of care is the first step to a potential recovery for personal injury. In addition, there must have been an injury (physical, emotional or financial, generally) and the injury must have been caused by that failure to exercise the required standard of care. If you have been injured in an accident, you may be entitled to a monetary award if all the legal requirements are met. The law office of Moore Walsh and Albright, LLP, represents individuals and their families who have been injured or killed as the result of the negligent or wrongful conduct of another person or company. We have won cases ranging from whiplash to wrongful death. We understand the impact an unexpected personal injury can cause in a person's life. Such injuries cause lost wages, medical bills, and pain and suffering that affect both the injured individual and their families. We take the time to listen, assess, and analyze each case to ensure that our clients receive a resolution to their case that effectively compensates them for the injuries they have suffered.

We handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, including:

  • Car, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents
  • Semi truck accidents
  • Dangerous and defective products
  • Slip / fall accidents
  • Wrongful death
  • Medical malpractice

All personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. This means that the legal fees are based upon a percentage of the monetary award that we obtain for our clients. If there is no monetary award, there are no attorney fees, only charges for legal expenses.

If you are the victim of a personal injury, please contact us immediately to schedule a free initial consultation.
